You have the right to a sign a citation against the care taker of the dog. Officers can not issue a citation against the care taker because our peace can not be disturbed.

Where do I pay my citation?

You have to pay your citation at the Twin Falls Count Court House in the City of Twin Falls. You can not pay it at the city office.
